The Belgian Modern portfolio celebrates accidental art created from the organic beauty of natural materials. This is a mix of of reclaimed vintage woods and industrial materials which are thrown together to create these designs.
"Belgian Modern transforms salvaged aged wood, blackened iron, raw steel and thick glass into furniture that is modern yet somehow organic and earthy at the same time," says Caroline Hipple, CEO of HB2 Resources which conceived and created it.
Uncut edges of the timber were used to determine the silhouette of the finished piece. To create the Factory Cart Cocktail Southern long leaf pine was used. It was given a charred pine finish. This cocktail table can easily be used as the centerpiece in a room.
