Abner Henry Fine Furniture, a manufacturer from Ohio, introduced the Sawyer Lane bedroom group sometime ago. Reclaimed wood barn floor planking provided the inspiration for these bedroom groups. Rustic wild cherry was used in the Sawyer Lane headboard. The wonderfully aged textures provided by wormholes, knotholes and scarring from saw marks give these pieces a charm and patina that comes from age.
This tall queen headboard on the Sawyer Lane post bed is 77.5 inches high and is constructed using six-quarter, hand-planed solid cherry. It retails for approximately $4,288.
One remarkable thing about Abner Henry Furniture is the fact that their product lines are never discontinued. Once something goes into production it will never be discontinued.
