Human Touch introduced Acutouch 9500 and HT-Connect its accompanying, free downloadable app at CES 2011.

- An auto-programmed massage system lets you select the massage you need. It becomes highly customizable with HT-Connect.
- The HT-Connect is a free downloadable app, that lets you customize the AcuTouch 9500 massage chair to your liking, using any iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad. The app remembers you and your favorite settings to give you wireless control over the AcuTouch 9500. It also allows you to connect to Wellness Council professionals for wellness education and tips.
- The Massage Comfort Control on the remote customizes massage intensity. It can also be used in a non-massage mode to simply relax.
- An Acupoint Detection System helps ensure a targeted massage,as it scans the entire back, locating key pressure points that help provide a customized massage.
- A Dual-Lumbar Back Heat feature adds to a sense of comfort by allowing blood vessels to expand, thus relieving tense areas. Lower back muscles are helped to relax by two lumbar heat modules.
- To massage the calves there is a foot and calf massaging ottoman that also extends and elevates. It massages calves so that blood flows upward and fixes the harmful effects of sitting or standing for long periods. It fully retracts to the base when not in use.
- There is a contoured neck pillow and the massage chair has a visco-elastic seat with a multi-function ergonomic pillow in the back.
- The massager is covered in leather and leather match upholstery in Black or Espresso.
