Kluft was founded in 2004 by Earl Kluft, who is himself a third generation mattress maker. A well known name in luxury bedding, Kluft is known for its hand-tailored, artisan quality mattresses.
Halstead is part of Kluft's Aireloom line and is distinguished by a bamboo cover. The bed itself is made with foam-encased individually wrapped coils, layers of visco and Talalay latex which provide cushion. The two tone, cream colored cover has a deep brown trim.
As with all Aireloom mattresses, Halstead beds have heavy duty quilted and monogrammed handles that are hand-sewn into the border.
The mattress retails from $799 to $1,999 in queen, making it one of the more affordable choices.
