The 5 piece Anka Mini Furniture set is meant for children 2 years and older. There are three chairs, a stool and a round table. The rounded shapes of the set make it child friendly.
It can be good addition to a child's room when the child is old enough to engage in group activities, or be involved in play or projects that requires a steady surface. The fourth piece of seating, is a stool to make it easier for adults to sit at the table with children, but not all adults will find it comfortable. That stool could just as easily have been a chair. But it is sturdy enough to take the wear and tear that comes with being used by small children. It is also well designed in that it doesn't have sharp corners and does not topple over or lose balance easily.
You will have to assemble it yourself, but it is relatively easy to put together and should not be too time consuming. The set has been manufactured using inset nuts, which improve its stability and make it easier to assemble it. It comes in two stains, natural cherry and espresso. The stain is lead free.
