While Hurricane Irene recedes into memory for most Americans, many of its victims still continue to suffer. Peggy Farabaugh, co-owner of Vermont Woods Studios said that while their craftspeople, who are scattered throughout the state of Vermont were not affected, their thoughts are with their fellow Vermont residents and businesses who bore the brunt of the damage. This gesture is out of concern for all those who lost or suffered damage to homes and businesses during the hurricane and the horrendous flooding that followed.

Vermont Woods Studios features one of a kind, hand made furniture by skilled artisans and craftspeople from Vermont. The furniture, which is sold online and from their showroom, is eco-friendly and can be customized.
