Go vote for your favorite eco-friendly wing chair in the Project UDesign contest. You may very well end up using it one day, because the winning wing chair design will be put into production by Century Furniture. Industry experts have already chosen the six semi-finalists to make the winnowing process easier.
Project UDesign comes to you courtesy of Cargill's BiOH polyol business. In case you are wondering, BiOH polyols are used in the production of foam and are made with eco-friendly soybean oil instead of petroleum. But to get back to Project UDesign: to take a look at the six designs and vote, go to BiOH Experience blog, you can watch a related video on YouTube, and vote on Facebook. Voting for Project UDesign opened September 3, and runs through 11:59 p.m. Oct. 19. Make sure to read the rules before you vote.
Three finalists will move onto the final round of online consumer selection, and the winning eco-friendly wing chair will be added to the Century Furniture line and made with BiOH foam and Ultrasuede Interiors.
